Established in 2018, The Rustic Crumb began with a simple mission: to bring back the lost art of slow-fermented sourdough to our community.

We believe that bread is more than just food; it's a centerpiece of life. Our loaves are crafted using organic, locally sourced grains and wild yeast starters that have been nurtured for over five years.

Every morning before dawn, our ovens are fired up, filling the streets with the aroma of toasted wheat and caramelized crust. We don't use commercial yeast or preservatives—just flour, water, salt, and time.
